ACRYLIC

I am a self-taught acrylic painter focusing on Fantasy, Anime, Comic and Pop Culture art. I’ve been inspired by many fantasy, comic and manga artists but most notably by John Howe, Alan Lee, Boris Vallejo, Jim Lee and Akira Toriyama.

I work primarily on stretched canvas and wood panels, including my “Comic Board Paintings”, which are painted on top of actual comics that are decoupaged to MDF panels. I have sold my work online at Etsy and at comic cons across the Western United States for over a decade now. I’ve even gotten to share my work with some notable celebrities!
